Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 16th, 2025

At Energy & Ease Massage Therapy, we value your time and ours. Because our services are mobile and appointments are reserved specifically for you, the following cancellation policy applies.


1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.


2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.


3. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.


4. Late Arrivals

  • Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other bookings.

  • Full payment is still required.


5. Emergencies

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation at our discretion.
