1. Services Provided

Energy & Ease Massage Therapy offers professional mobile massage services. All sessions are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or physical therapy.

2. Appointment Booking

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or approved booking platform.

• Availability is subject to confirmation.

• Same-day bookings may be limited.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may be charged the full session price.

4. Arrival & Session Time

• Please ensure the space is clean, quiet, and ready at the scheduled time.

• Session time begins at the scheduled appointment time, not the arrival time.

• Late starts may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ bookings.

5. Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the session, depending on the service selected.

• We accept approved electronic payment methods.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Client Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to the session. Energy & Ease Massage Therapy is not responsible for undisclosed health issues.

7. Professional Conduct

• All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

• Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

• Our therapists maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Energy & Ease Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason that compromises safety, professionalism, or well-being.

9. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that Energy & Ease Massage Therapy is not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from massage services, except in cases of proven negligence.

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is kept confidential.
